Ooooh, boy, I know this is long overdue! My apologies but my last week in Peru was a whirlwind of finalizing projects and getting my passport renewed– a process that blends the horror of Kafka with the absurdity of Magical Realism. When I landed in Chicago, it took me three whole days to gather all my mail AND I was still finishing freelance work. My first day in Ragdale was spent at multiple doctor’s appointments because it was the only time I could get my health shit looked at. This morning, I had to send over two short pieces to an editor. And before I can really get into the residency mindset, I had to fulfill my promise to you paying readers.
