Cranky Guide Writing "Hour" September 2024
Hump Day is for writers
I promise I’ll set a fixed day and time before the year ends but, for this month, the Writing “Hour” is on Wednesdays at 6 pm ET/5 pm CT. Get over the hump on hump day! Feel free to show up with a happy hour drink or mocktail.
The writing “hour” is a 40-minute virtual write-in for paid subscribers and one of my favorite ways to feel in community. You can use the session however you see fit. While most people who show up are ready to work on a draft, you can spend the time working on job applications, editing photos, doodling in a sketchbook, brainstorming, whatever floats your boat. The point is to set time aside to focus on whatever makes you happy.
