Back on Mondays!
Spook away the Monday dread with the Cranky Guide Writing “Hour”! Folks, I’m really trying to keep it to Mondays forever but November and December look dicey on that front. October, however? We can hang on Mondays in October! Join me and other writers from 5 pm CT/6 pm ET while we get some pesky writing out of the way before the rest of the week whisks us away to take care of our other responsibilities.
The writing “hour” is a 40-minute virtual write-in for paid subscribers and one of my favorite ways to feel in community. You can use the session however you see fit. While most people who show up are ready to work on a draft, you can spend the time working on job applications, editing photos, doodling in a sketchbook, brainstorming, whatever floats your boat. The point is to set time aside to focus on whatever makes you happy.
The October dates for the Cranky Guide Writing “Hour” are:
